Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.As a Tax Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:Assist with preparation of forecasted ETR and tax provisions under ASC 740Assist in ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) assessment & documentationManage complete lifecycle of federal, international, state income and franchise tax compliance, including the preparation of quarterly estimated tax payments, extensions, and tax return filingsAssist with review of deferred tax assets and liabilities.Prepare complicated schedule Ms related to tax provision and compliance.Review reconciliations of tax accounts and accruals for income and franchise taxes.Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Tax Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Tax Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:CPA requiredFive or more years of experience with large corporate taxpayer and/or large public accounting firm.Corptax software experience a plusInternational tax compliance/provision experience is a plus.Experience with preparation of federal research and development tax credit and documentation a plus.We understand that even if you are a seasoned Tax Manager you may not have all the skills listed here.
