Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Ability to thoroughly supervise current engagements and follow up on completed projects
- Strong technical and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task and complete large numbers of complex projects
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- CPA or EA certification required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Position Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estate, and Trust tax returns
- Assist clients with tax and financial planning
- Perform complex tax research
- Supervise, train, and interact with junior and senior‑level staff
- Manage client accounts
