Who Are We Looking For?

We seek an ambitious, self‑driven Tax Manager with a collaborative spirit and impeccable communication skills. If you excel at delivering accurate, timely services and building strong relationships, you're the candidate we desire.

Your Role as Tax Manager

  • Leading tax planning initiatives and executing detailed reviews of intricate tax returns.
  • Delivering a spectrum of tax and accounting services, including engagement planning and client communications.
  • Playing a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding team members at the staff level, fostering growth and excellence.

Qualifications

  • CPA or EA license
  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in tax accounting
  • Proficiency in managing pass-through entities is essential

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent designation
  • 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on taxation
  • Proficiency in tax software and computer applications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
