Candidates must lives in the Pittsburgh, PA area but will only require travel into the office 2 days a week during non-busy times and will be remote during crunch times. It is very flexible.

Client is looking for a Tax Manager but would consider a Tax Senior or Senior Manager level candidates.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of tax returns for Partnerships, Trusts and Individual Tax Returns
- Assist w/ research on various tax matters, primarily in the federal estate, gift, charitable planning, and generation-skipping tax areas
- Assist in the modeling of estate planning strategies
- Maintaining status schedules for extensions and returns including tax payments made, refunds received and state filing requirements.
- Calculating quarterly tax projections and extension calculations for all entity types.
- Help gather documentation and perform a detailed review of shareholder income tax returns and related workpapers.
- Respond to IRS and other tax authority notices.
