Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a talented team of seniors and staff accountants, fostering a collaborative, low-turnover environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience within a public accounting environment.
• Active CPA certification is strongly preferred (or concrete plans to finalize licensing).
• Strong technical background reviewing pass-through entities, partnerships, and corporate structures.
• A passion for client relationships and team mentorship.
