What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and review complex corporate tax filings (1120, 1120S, 1065)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to startup and growth-stage clients
- Oversee offshore and junior team members
- Navigate multi-state and multi-entity tax matters
- Help build scalable tax processes as the client base continues to grow
- Contribute ideas that shape the future of a technology-enabled tax platform
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of corporate tax experience
- CPA preferred (EA considered)
- Strong public accounting and/or corporate tax background
- Experience with partnerships, corporations, and S-Corps
- Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance
- International tax exposure (5471, 5472, 8865) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
Compensation
- Base salary: $125,000 - $160,000
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
