I’m currently partnering with a mid-size 85-employee CPA firm to find a High Net Worth Tax Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working with complex individual, trust, and estate matters while serving as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients.

The Role
- Lead and review complex tax engagements, including 1040 and 1041 returns (with exposure to 709, 1065, and 1120S as applicable)
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies across income, estate, and wealth transfer
- Serve as a primary advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and family office professionals
- Manage multiple engagements while mentoring and developing staff
What We’re Looking For
- CPA or EA with 8+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong experience in high-net-worth tax compliance and planning
- Experience reviewing Forms 1040 and 1041
- Strong technical tax research skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring
- Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $190,000
