The role offers a clear path for long-term growth, including the chance to step into greater leadership responsibility over time.Responsibilities:Manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements for individual and corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.Prepare and review complex tax filings, including individual, corporate, and C corporation returns, while resolving technical tax issues as they arise.Oversee bookkeeping and accounting-related deliverables that support tax reporting and financial statement preparation.Review compiled financial information and assist with the preparation of financial statements for client accounts.Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients by answering questions, providing guidance, and maintaining strong working relationships.Support partners with workflow management, staff oversight, and quality control across tax and related client service engagements.Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice by identifying client needs, recommending additional services, and supporting business growth efforts.Prepare for increased leadership responsibilities over time as part of a long-term succession planning strategy within the firm.
