* Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and trusted tax advisory.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
* Review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
* Provide tax planning, consulting, and practical solutions to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
* Manage multiple tax engagements while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals through training, feedback, and technical guidance.
* Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to strengthen client relationships and support firm growth.
* Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and team members.
* Identify opportunities to provide additional value and expand client services.
What We're Looking For:
* 8+ years of public accounting tax experience required.
* CPA license required.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple client engagements.
* Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
