- Review and manage complex tax returns and engagements
- Provide tax planning and compliance support to clients
- Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Help improve processes and drive best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Active CPA
- 5+ years of public accounting tax review experience
- Formal titled Supervisory/Management Experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing skills
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
- Experience Lacerte, ProSystem fx Tax, QuickBooks, and Sage
