An independent, full‑service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Tax & Accounting to join their team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and accounting within the organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations, and implementing strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of current tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation required, CPA preferred.
- 3‑5 years plus years of experience in a CPA firm or relevant experience.
- Experience using CCH, Axcess preferred, Checkpoint, Microsoft Office Suite and Intuit products preferred.
