SHR Talent is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, compliance, reporting, and strategy for a growing real estate development organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee federal and state tax compliance, including partnership tax returns (Form 1065).
- Manage third-party tax preparers and coordinate tax accounting activities with internal teams and external advisors.
- Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and evaluate the impact of changing tax regulations.
- Review tax accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with accounting teams, auditors, and external partners.
- Support special projects, tax research, and real estate tax payments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 4–6 years of direct tax experience in public accounting or a corporate environment.
- Hands-on partnership tax return preparation experience required.
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation, tax accounting, and financial reporting.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
