A leading public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing Theater & Entertainment practice in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of tax engagements for clients in the theater and entertainment industry.
• Review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
• Research complex tax matters and draft technical memoranda.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities while meeting client deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and provide feedback to tax staff and seniors.
• Participate in professional development programs.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to provide high-quality tax advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license, JD, or Master of Science in Taxation required.
• At least 5 years of tax experience in public accounting, including experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
