Base Pay Range
$125,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
- Review complex tax returns and projections
- Lead and develop staff accountants and seniors
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
- CPA required
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Schedule & Compensation
- Hybrid—Westwood office with occasional travel to Torrance for Orange County candidates
- Base salary $125,000–$160,000
