International Tax Manager – RemoteWe are partnering with a growing and dynamic firm headquartered in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join its expanding tax practice. This is a key strategic hire as the firm continues to scale its international tax capabilities and serve a growing global client base.This role is remote, with the expectation of occasional travel to Jacksonville, FL, as well as the ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing complex international tax filings, advising on cross-border tax matters, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.

You will also play a key leadership role in reviewing staff work, supporting client engagements, and contributing to the continued growth of the international tax function.Key Responsibilities:Review international tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentationAdvise clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance mattersProvide technical expertise on U.S. international tax provisions (FTC, GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, etc.)Oversee and review work prepared by tax seniors and staffSupport client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams on multi-jurisdictional tax engagementsQualifications:CPA preferred (active or eligible; Florida CPA preferred but not required)Strong experience in international tax compliance and consultingPrior experience reviewing tax work in public accounting or advisory rolesDeep understanding of U.S. international tax rules and reporting requirementsStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work Eastern Standard Time hoursWillingness to travel to Jacksonville, FL as neededWhy This Opportunity:Fully remote flexibility with a growing, well-established firmHigh-impact role with visibility to leadership and partnersOpportunity to shape and expand the international tax practiceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageStrong long-term career growth potential
