Tax Manager for regionally leading CPA firm

$145-175k base + hybrid + bonus + full package

What You'll Do:

• Review and manage complex tax returns and engagements
• Provide tax planning and compliance support to clients
• Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Help improve processes and drive best practices

What We're Looking For:

• CPA
• 5+ years of public accounting Tax prep + review experience
• Formal titled Supervisory/Management Experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing skills
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
• Experience Lacerte, ProSystem fx Tax, QuickBooks, and Sage
