KeyResponsibilities:

  • Managethe weekly allocation of assets into various tax equity funds through thetranching process.
  • Optimizethe tranching process utilizing a team of analysts and proprietary technologysolutions.
  • Collaborateclosely with finance team members, banks, investors, and other stakeholders tomeet the goals of each tax equity fund.
  • Provideanalysis of recent trends in the tranching process and forecast future changesin tax equity portfolios.
  • Maintainfinancial models of tax equity partnerships over a 25-year investment horizon.
  • Produceconsistent and detailed analysis for the benefit of team members.

MinimumRequirements:

  • Undergraduatedegree in business administration, finance, accounting, or data analytics.
  • Tenyears of relevant work experience managing a team of junior staff.
  • Highlyproficient in Microsoft Excel and other business integrated systems such asMicrosoft Word and PowerPoint.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Graduatedegree in business administration.
  • Experiencein finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.
  • Backgroundwith tax equity investments from the investor, sponsor, or advisorperspectives.
  • Experiencein statistics, data analysis, or computer programming.
  • Proficiencyin computer languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Proficiencyin data visualization tools such as Tableau.
