Tax Manager

Tax ManagerHybrid | Fort Lauderdale, FLA leading public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, professional services clients, trusts, partnerships, and related entities.This role is highly client-facing and offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance engagements while mentoring teams and contributing to long-term client growth.What You'll DoManage and review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, and gift tax engagementsServe as a primary advisor to high-net-worth and professional services clientsProvide strategic tax planning around compensation structures, K-1 allocations, multi-state issues, and entity structuringLead multiple client engagements and manage budgets, workflow, and deadlinesMentor, develop, and review the work of staff and seniorsCoordinate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other outside professionals on client mattersResearch and resolve complex tax issues and planning opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForCPA required7+ years of public accounting tax experienceStrong technical expertise in HNW, partnership, trust, and pass-through taxationExperience managing client relationships and leading engagementsStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsExperience with multi-state and multi-entity taxation preferredWhy This RoleHigh-level advisory exposure with sophisticated clientsClear path toward expanded leadership responsibilitiesCollaborative environment with strong technical resourcesCompetitive compensation, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and flexibilitySpartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
