Tax Manager - Flexible Seasonal Schedule
A small, established CPA firm on the north side of the Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys public accounting but wants more flexibility outside of tax season. During busy season, you'll work approximately 55-65 hours/week, with the option to take the summer off or work just 1-2 days per week.

The Role
- Manage tax engagements for small businesses, S-Corps, Partnerships, and individuals
- Work directly with clients and build strong relationships
- Prepare and review complex tax returns
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA or EA
- Strong tax experience with business and individual clients
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
