We're always looking for passionate individuals ready to grow with us and help shape the future of our firm.ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong client relationships and demonstrate an understanding of clients' businesses and tax needs.Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and exempt organizations.Prepare tax research memoranda, written correspondence, and technical guidance related to federal, state, and local tax matters.Assist with responses to notices and requests from taxing authorities, as needed.Train, mentor, and support the development of staff through review, coaching, and knowledge sharing.Participate in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and strengthening existing client relationships.Manage multiple client engagements and budgets while meeting firm and client deadlines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accountingCPA certification9+ years of recent public accounting experience2+ years in a supervisory or people leadership roleStrong technical tax knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detailCulture and Core ValuesKerberRose offers a fun, supportive atmosphere of professionalism marked by a personal touch.
