Tax Manager | CPA Firm | Hybrid (Greater Cleveland area) | $130-160K base + bonuses
We are a growing CPA firm with a strong construction industry client base, looking for a Tax Manager who loves the review side of the work. This role is roughly 70/30 review to prep. If you also bring audit and assurance experience, even better.

The culture:
We focus on genuine work/life balance and a family first mindset. We keep a close watch on schedules and never want you to miss a special family moment. Our busy season hours are capped at 55 hours/week, and you'll usually work around 50. We have Summer Fridays (May through August, half day Fridays paid as a full 8). We offer hybrid flexibility with just 2 to 3 days per week in office.
