We're looking for an experienced HNW Tax Manager to join a growing private client practice working with high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and closely held businesses.
This is a relationship-driven role for a tax professional who wants to become a trusted advisor, not simply the person reviewing returns.
Your Role
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups
- Review complex individual, trust and partnership returns
- Lead sophisticated tax planning engagements
- Advise clients on estate, gifting and wealth-transfer considerations
- Work with closely held businesses and their owners
- Build relationships with attorneys, wealth advisors and other professionals
- Manage and develop Seniors and Staff
- Research complex tax matters and deliver practical solutions
- Work with Partners on client strategy and practice development
Your Experience
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong HNW/private client background
- CPA required or strongly preferred
- Experience with trusts, estates and partnerships preferred
- Excellent technical and client relationship skills
- Proven leadership and review experience
