Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong Form 1120 corporate tax compliance experience
- ASC 740 tax provision experience, including review responsibilities
- Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements
- CPA required (or JD with an active law license)
