About the Role:
- Prepare and manage tax returns, income tax, financial statements, and other relevant taxes.
- Run client engagements, including consultations, recommendations, and tax planning.
- Identify potential tax concerns and ensure compliance.
- Correspond with authorities regarding tax inquiries, audits, and notices.
- Involved in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Mentor junior employees within the team, fostering their professional growth.
- Manage a team of 10.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of experience, preferably with public accounting or similar industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and consulting.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- 6 Weeks Annual Leave.
- 4-day work week.
- No time-sheets.
- Work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home.
- Involvement in advisory work immediately.
- Direct involvement with major stakeholders and exposure to a variety of areas in the business.
- Full CPA Support (Paid upfront + 4 days leave per module).
