A growing and highly respected top 100 public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team in Boca Raton, FL .

The firm works closely with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses , providing tax compliance, planning, consulting, and advisory services.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will have significant experience across both individual and business taxation , with particular strength in flow-through entities. The role will involve managing client relationships, overseeing engagements, reviewing work, developing staff, and working closely with Partners and other senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual and business tax engagements, including partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates
- Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients
- Review complex tax returns and identify tax planning opportunities
- Supervise and develop associates and senior associates
- Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers on client management and business development
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate tax strategies and recommendations
- Stay current with federal and state tax legislation and advise clients on potential implications
- Participate in networking, client development, and community/business development activities
Requirements
- 4+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong tax background covering individual and business returns
- Experience with partnerships / flow-through entities
- Experience with corporate, trust, and estate taxation
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- CPA or Law Degree required
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
