Tax Manager

Location: Boca Raton, FL (also serving Tampa, FL) | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Overview

A growing, multi-office public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager who is ready to progress toward a Tax Partner role. This position focuses on providing tax and business consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, playing a key role in client relationships and firm growth.

What you'll do

• Provide tax and business consulting services to small to medium-sized business clients
• Supervise 2-3 tax staffers
• Manage, direct, and review work related to federal, state & local and franchise tax
• Conduct tax review to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Public Accounting experience
• Experience with supervision of staff
• Strong background in tax review
• Knowledge of federal, state & local and franchise tax

Preferred qualifications

• Auto Dealer client experience is a big plus

Compensation and benefits

• $130,000 - $140,000 base salary
• Bonus
