Experience Required
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- CPA license required.
- 2-3+ years reviewing staff work.
Scope of Role
Managers are expected to:
- Manage approximately 50+ client relationships.
- Oversee 150-200 tax returns annually.
- Review returns and manage engagements.
- Serve as a primary client contact.
- Mentor and develop staff.
Technical Requirements
Must have experience reviewing:
- 1040 Individual Returns
- 1065 Partnership Returns
- 1120S S‑Corporation Returns
