This role will lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and trusts, providing strategic tax planning, ensuring compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements and build trusted relationships by advising on complex tax matters, risk mitigation, and savings opportunitiesPrepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trustsDeliver tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulationsManage full accounting and tax cycles for high-net-worth clients across multiple industriesRepresent clients in IRS and state audits, providing expert support and resolution strategiesMentor and oversee junior tax staff and contribute to their professional growthImplement and maintain tax policies, procedures, and internal controlsStay up to date with tax laws and industry developmentsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Do you hold an active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) designation.
