Key responsibilities: Manage jurisdictions end to end, including account prep, original filings, and monitoring failed and late payments File, pay, amend, and refile tax documents while updating filing specifications as regulations change Log friction points and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in operations or a regulated environment Proven ability to quickly ramp up in new functions or domains Experience managing a pipeline of work across multiple jurisdictions and deadlines Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving operational issues Genuine interest in AI and internal tooling to improve workflows
