Tax Equity Capital Director

Leading capital markets activities, the full-time salaried Tax Equity Capital Director will manage the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity transactions while developing key relationships with investors and overseeing financial modeling efforts, all in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of tax equity transactions with external stakeholders Develop and nurture relationships with tax equity investors and identify new sources of tax equity capital Oversee the development and execution of Excel financial models to support tax equity transactions and other capital funding activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; master's or MBA preferred 6+ years of experience in banking or capital markets, with a strong preference for renewable energy and tax equity experience Deep experience in financial modeling and negotiating complex deals, particularly in tax equity transactions Strong relationships with tax equity investors and a proven ability to originate new sources of capital Experience with debt structuring and/or tax credit origination and placement is preferred, but not required
