Tax Director

To lead a dynamic tax practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Tax Managing Director will oversee complex tax engagements, manage and mentor a team, and maintain strong client relationships while working in a flexible environment in Schaumburg, IL. Key responsibilities: Lead individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax engagements Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax planning Manage, mentor, and develop tax professionals while overseeing workflow and quality standards Required qualifications: Active CPA license required Several years of progressive public accounting and tax experience Strong expertise in individual, corporate, partnership, and trust taxation Proven tax team leadership and practice management experience Advanced degree in Taxation or related field preferred
