Tax Director

A well-established and growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Director to join its High Net Worth and Family Office team. This is a long-term, partner-track opportunity for someone looking to work with sophisticated individual clients while progressing into a future leadership position. Must Have Requirements

• 20+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA or EA qualification.
• Extensive experience working with High Net Worth individuals.
• Strong individual tax experience rather than primarily corporate tax.
• Local to the office and willing to work on-site (not a fully remote position).

Nice to Have

• Trust taxation experience.
• Family Office tax experience.
• Experience advising affluent families with complex, multi-entity tax structures.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with aspirations to progress into a Partner role.
• Previous experience within a public accounting firm focused on private clients.
