StevenDouglas, a top 20 boutique executive search firm, is assisting a global professional services firm in their search for a Director of Tax. This role will preferably sit in NYC and have a hybrid work schedule with no remote or relocation options available.
Reporting to the US CFO, the Director of Tax will lead the organization's global and domestic tax operations, planning and compliance while assisting leadership with overall tax strategy around M&A, new markets, and risk considerations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- CPA and/or JD
- Master's Degree in Business, Accounting or Taxation preferred
- US and Global Experience in Tax Strategy, Planning, and Compliance
