Tax Director — Partnership Track, Hybrid Start

SDL Search Partners is seeking a Tax Director for an employee-centric CPA firm based in Woburn, MA. This newly created role includes a path to partnership and will work closely with the Managing Partners to oversee tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.

The ideal candidate has an MST and 7+ years of tax prep and review experience, with strong experience in individual, corporate, and trust tax returns. In-office presence in Woburn is expected for several days a week initially.
