What You'll Do:

• Be the eyes and ears for the US/North America on all corporate tax initiatives.
• Advise on M&A transactions, business expansion, and cross-border planning
• Drive OECD Pillar 1 & Pillar 2 strategy and implementation
• Oversee the tax accounting/compliance function and make improvements where needed
• Extensive visibility and partnering with Finance, business units and tax leaders worldwide
• Influence the integration of the North American tax planning and tax operations into a unified strategic function
• Support innovative, technology-driven business models and emerging AI initiatives

Ideal Background:

• 15+ years in US domestic and international corporate tax experience, advanced degree and CPA preferred
• Strong multinational tax experience (technology/digital sector preferred)
• Big 4 and/or law firm experience plus in-house corporate tax leadership
• Deep expertise in U.S. International Tax, OECD guidelines, tax accounting/compliance and M&A tax planning
• Clear and concise communication skills, able to work collaboratively across functions
