Position Overview
The Director / Partner will oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning to high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities, and play a key role in developing and expanding client relationships. This role offers a clear path for leadership impact and business growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple client engagements
- Review and sign off on high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax filings
- Provide advanced tax consulting, planning, and structuring strategies
- Develop and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services
- Cultivate and grow a book of business
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tax compliance and planning engagements
Compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to level of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
