Our client, a leading $200B+ financial services firm, is seeking a Tax Director to join its growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad tax function within a high-growth platform that has significantly expanded its assets, services, and reach in recent years.

The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, investor interaction, and the opportunity to help build and enhance an increasingly in-house tax function rather than relying primarily on external advisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–15 years of corporate tax experience, ideally within financial services
• Strong corporate tax expertise combined with partnership taxation and complex entity structures
• Experience managing federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, and planning
• Ability to work hands-on while partnering with senior leadership, investors, and external tax advisors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax matters to varied stakeholders
• CPA required
