What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and middle-market clients across a variety of industries.
- Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax planning and consulting services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value.
- Mentor, develop, and lead members of the tax team.
- Contribute to practice growth, process improvements, and the firm's long-term strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership on client service and business development efforts.

Qualifications
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong technical tax knowledge and a consultative approach to client service.
