Tax Data Analytics Supervisor

Serving as the tax analytic specialist, the full-time salaried Tax Data Analytics Supervisor will reconcile payroll and tax discrepancies, manage customer communications, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor payroll functions and collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvement Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of payroll and taxes across US jurisdictions Research and resolve tax discrepancies, communicating findings and solutions to customers Required qualifications 1+ year of payroll tax experience 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Flexibility in hours to accommodate customer needs Experience in payroll and tax regulations
