Tax Credit Advisory Manager

To support a growing Development Advisory team, the full-time salaried Tax Credit Advisory Manager will manage client engagements and deliver financial consulting services related to tax credit investments, including Historic and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, while working remotely or onsite in various locations. Key Responsibilities Build and review complex Excel financial models for real estate tax credit investments Serve as the primary client contact throughout the transaction lifecycle, advising on structure and feasibility Manage multiple client engagements independently, preparing deliverables and mentoring junior staff Required Qualifications 4-year degree in a relevant field 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits or similar areas Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise Strong understanding of partnership structures and partnership taxation Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions effectively
