Blackstone seeks a Tax Attorney to join the in-house tax team for the real estate private equity platform. You will advise on federal, state, local and foreign tax planning for acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and recapitalizations, reporting to co-heads of tax.
You will partner with private wealth and institutional teams on fund formation, holding structures, and cross-border transactions, including REIT/partnership/JV considerations.
