Responsibilities
- Advise on tax considerations related to investment funds, products, and investment structures.
- Draft and negotiate fund-related agreements and offering documentation.
- Support product development and business initiatives from a U.S. tax perspective.
- Collaborate with internal legal, tax, and business teams on a variety of matters.
- Monitor relevant tax law developments and assist with special projects.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar admission in good standing.
- Approximately 3–6 years of relevant legal experience at a major law firm or institutional investment manager.
- Experience with investment funds, fund structuring, or investment-related tax matters preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills. xhqgsiq
