Our client on Long Island is seeking a tax attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of federal, state and local business tax issues in connection with partnerships/LLCs and corporations.
Candidates should also have experience in connection with business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, investments in real property, and business succession planning. An LL.M. degree in tax is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Hybrid Hours
Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
