About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities, motivation, and initiative
- Excellent client relations skills with experience managing multiple concurrent matters
- A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
- An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred, but not required
- Expected annual salary range: $260,000-$365,000 , depending on experience, skill set, and location
