Seeking a Tax Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will possess an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be admitted to the bar in NJ and/or NY.
Responsibilities include:

Seeking a Tax Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will possess an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be admitted to the bar in NJ and/or NY.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing tax planning and compliance services to a variety of clients.
- Conducting tax research and preparing legal memoranda.
- Representing clients before tax authorities.
- Working collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Ideally, an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning
- Admitted to the bar in NJ and/or NY
