Tax & Regulatory Counsel — Hybrid/Remote Eligible

South Carolina Department of Revenue seeks an Associate Counsel to litigate tax and regulatory matters on behalf of the agency, issue department determinations, and provide formal and informal legal advice to SCDOR and its employees.

The role requires analyzing files, researching issues, drafting determinations and briefs, representing the department in Administrative Law Court and other courts, and advising staff on procedures and relevant legislation.
