Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Tax Analytics Specialist will manage daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of payroll and taxes across all US tax jurisdictions while analyzing data to resolve discrepancies. Key responsibilities Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner Perform mathematical calculations to determine optimal solutions based on data analysis Communicate with customers and document the causes of tax discrepancies Required qualifications 2-3 years of related Payroll and/or tax experience Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to use internal data analytics to research and resolve tax discrepancies Excellent organization and time management skills
