Supporting property tax compliance and planning functions, the full-time Senior Property Tax Analyst will manage property tax filings, assist with negotiations, and collaborate with various business partners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Support the property tax senior manager on litigation matters and negotiations of property tax agreements Ensure timely compliance with property tax requirements while collaborating with third-party service providers Assist in identifying property tax planning risks and opportunities, including research on jurisdictional laws and rates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field 3 years of property tax compliance, consulting, and planning experience Experience with property tax software and understanding of appraisal coursework Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
