To support a growing advisory team, the full-time Tax Advisory Manager will focus on client relationships, review financial statements, and develop tax strategies, all while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Oversee tax work and ensure technical accuracy without preparing tax returns Lead quarterly strategy conversations with business owners and explain complex tax issues in understandable terms Review monthly financial statements to identify issues and opportunities for tax strategies Required qualifications 4+ years of public accounting tax experience, particularly with business entities CPA preferred; exceptional EA candidates with entity-level tax experience may be considered Experience with QuickBooks Online and UltraTax Familiarity with cloud/AI-enabled accounting technology Strong communication skills to convey technical tax concepts to clients effectively
