Corporate Tax Accountant

Our client is a manufacturing company in Bergen County looking for a corporate tax accountant. Responsible for the company's tax compliance in accordance with federal and state laws. Responsibilities:

  • Experience preparing corporate tax returns
  • A firm understanding of section 382 and Net Operating Loss carryforward
  • Experience Sales & Use tax and property tax filings
  • Federal and State tax return filing and tax provision analysis
  • Experience with SAP software and SOVOS
  • Highly organized, self-driven, strong attention to detail, proven problem solving skills

Requirements:

  • B.S in accounting/finance
  • 5+ years experience in corporate tax
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site everyday
